Godfrey Sunguro

Member of the Internal Audit, Risk & Compliance CommitteeGodfrey Sunguro is a Chartered Manager and Fellow of CMI UK. He currently works as a Principal Accountant in the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development, Treasury Department. He holds several academic and professional qualifications including MBA and MA in Leadership and Management from the University of Zimbabwe.

Godfrey is the current Vice President of ZIM and has been a Board Member for several years to date and has served in various capacities including Chairman of the Audit, Risk & Governance Committee. He has served as the Chairman of the ZIM Harare Branch for 2 years and also as the branch Secretary for another 2 years. Godfrey is the current Audit Chairman of NEC for the Welfare and Educational Institution a position he has held since 2012.

He also is a Commissioner of the Zimbabwe Olympic Committee (ZOC) in the Finance and Audit Commission since 2013. Godfrey is the current Treasurer of Special Olympics Zimbabwe (SOI) since 2013. Godfrey is also an active member of IoDZ and Computer Society of Zimbabwe.
