Chairperson of the Management Committee (Legal) & Member of the Programmes Committee Memory Mandingwa, is a registered legal practitioner and a partner at Mhungu and Associates. Before venturing into private practice, Memory was a regional director with Legal Resources Foundation-Mutare. Mrs Mandingwa has vast experience in administrative law and management. She is familiar with administrative procedures of government departments, the public sector and the judiciary.

She brings on board her experience in legal aid and interface with government departments in case resolution especially representing the vulnerable for sustainable change through legal reforms. She sits on the boards of the following organisations- Women in Need (Mutare), Family Aids Support Organisation (FASO) and Mutare Polytechnic.
